By accessing or using RecruitAI Suite's API platform and services ("the Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Services.

Description of Services

RecruitAI Suite provides API-first recruiting infrastructure including:

  • Resume and CV parsing APIs
  • Job description parsing APIs
  • Candidate matching and ranking APIs
  • Job matching APIs
  • Candidate data enrichment APIs
  • LinkedIn Recruiter automation APIs

Account and API Access

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your API keys and credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations
  • Not sharing API access with unauthorized parties

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or access source code
  • Exceed rate limits or attempt to circumvent usage restrictions
  • Resell or redistribute the Services without authorization
  • Use the Services in ways that violate third-party rights

Data Responsibilities

When using our Services, you represent that:

  • You have the right to process any data sent through our APIs
  • You will comply with applicable data protection laws
  • You will provide appropriate privacy notices to data subjects
  • You will not send data that violates our acceptable use policies

Service Level and Support

We strive to maintain high availability and performance. Specific service level agreements (SLAs) and support terms may be included in your enterprise agreement if applicable.

Intellectual Property

The Services, including all technology, designs, and documentation, are owned by RecruitAI Suite and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data processed through our APIs.

Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the Services in the twelve months preceding any claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
